More About Who I am.......                                                                       

I was born and raised in a small (at the time) semi-rural town just outside Allentown, Pennsylvania known as Whitehall. I have been a full-time sales consultant since 1986 and a local of Avalon and Stone Harbor since 1990. My experience prior to arrival on the Seven-Mile Island has been broad and enriching; encompassing every barrier island marketplace from Brigantine (just north of Atlantic City) straight down to the resort of Cape May.
While most average agents work 9 to 5 shifts, five days a week, I love my profession and enjoy the challenges inherent in this type of career. I pursue my client's and customer's interests a minimum of six days per week - you can often find me at my office "burning the midnight oil" so to speak. I am honest and up front with people...Just the way I like to be treated; and take a serious long-term approach to my business. This is my career.
One final note: My experience through the years has resulted in a strong working relationship with many Realtors throughout the Island. This "networking" ability certainly facilitates sales!



* I was born at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, PA on May 6, 1958.

* I graduated Whitehall High School in 1976 and graduated Albright College (Reading, PA) in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I played Varsity Football (Halfback, Wishbone Offense) and Track, both in High School and in College.

* Upon College graduation, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. (USMC) to the rank of Private First Class. I had a young man's romantic sense of adventure!

* Employed as a full time sales consultant since 1986.

* 1988 I was awarded "Salesperson of the Year" by Resort Marketing Associates. Ocean City, NJ.

* 1990 I achieved "Top Ten" Sales Volume Award by Resort Marketing Associates. Ocean City, NJ.

* 1990 I recorded and was recognized for the highest dollar per square foot sale in all of Cape May County, NJ.

* 1993 I was awarded the "Goal Award" by Ferguson Dechert Real Estate Management Team. Avalon, NJ.

* 1986 to present I am a consistent multi-million dollar producer year in, year out.
